Ultraman: Rising 2024

Ken Sato a conceited baseball player is the protagonist of the story. He reluctantly goes back home as Tokyo is threatened by fearsome kaiju. Ken transforms into Ultraman and goes into what is effectively the family business. Still his simmering anger against his father is the source of his evident lack of interest in keeping the city safe. Fortunately Ken unintentionally adopts a baby kaiju which serves as a harsh but necessary parenting crash lesson. Raising her teaches him how to be a better person and helps him comprehend his parents decisions but the malevolent Kaiju Defence Force is closing in fast aiming to utilise the helpless little creature for their own terrible schemes.
